AAPEAC Staff Appreciation
Mrs. Ford from Perdew Elementary is receiving a high five today from the Yelin family. They love that Mrs. Ford, rain or shine, greets the students every morning with a big smile, which sets the stage for a great day of learning. We are certain Perdew's community agrees that Mrs. Ford is amazing.

Today, we're giving a high five to the members of SEAC, a student advisory group. They have met with a district advisor a few times this school year to give feedback on programs at their school sites. Throughout the meetings, they are engaged, kind, and responsible.

Students in Mrs. White's 4th grade class at Perdew Elementary engaged in the "Save Fred" STEM Challenge. They used engineering, critical thinking, reasoning skills, and a whole bunch of collaborative teamwork to save Fred the gummy worm, who had fallen out of his boat and needed to get into his life-preserving ring. Way to go, Perdew Pioneers!
